Just renovated, our accommodation offers our guests a modern, bright and welcoming environment. You can enjoy a self-heating, air-conditioned and quiet setting. In our spacious lounge, you will be served a delicious buffet breakfast, with coffee, milk, barley coffee, fruit juices, tarts and typical sweets lovingly prepared by the owner. Upon request, we provide a fully equipped kitchen on each floor. Our 6 rooms are all furnished in a modern and functional style, equipped with soundproofed windows, air conditioning, private bathroom and in-room refrigerator. In particular, we offer our guests 5 quadruple rooms, consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed, with LCD TV, private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, autonomous heating and free Wi-Fi connection. We also have a double room with a double bed, where an extra single bed can be added, equipped with LCD TV, private external bathroom, air conditioning, autonomous heating and free Wi-Fi connection. Furthermore, we have an independent apartment with an exclusive outdoor courtyard, ideal for those traveling with pets. The apartment consists of a quadruple room with private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. Laundry service is available upon request. The stay for children up to three years old is free, and upon request, we provide a crib. Children up to 10 years old pay 50% less. For long stays, it is possible to obtain a discount, to be agreed upon at the time of booking.
